Most food flavourings cause chocolate to seize when they are added to melted chocolate. These flavours are oil based and specially formulated so that if they are added to good quality chocolate (over 70%), or ideally Callebaut Callets, this will not happen.
All these flavours are allergen, and gluten free and vegan friendly.
